Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI business plan generation service (the "Service") provided by Daile Company ("Bizketch" or "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 — Definitions

  1. "Service" means the AI-powered business plan generation, PRD (Product Requirements Document) creation, government funding form mapping, credit charging, and related ancillary services provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means any person who uses the Service under these Terms, whether a Member or non-member.
  3. "Member" means a person who has registered and uses the Service via social login (Google, Naver, or Kakao).
  4. "Credit" means the unit of usage required to access AI generation features within the Service.

Article 3 — Effect and Amendment of Terms

  1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service interface or otherwise announced to users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Changes that are disadvantageous to users will be announced at least 30 days prior to the effective date; other changes will be announced at least 7 days prior.
  3. For changes that are disadvantageous to users, the Company will also provide individual notice via email. If a user does not express objection within 30 days of the announcement, they are deemed to have agreed to the change.
  4. If a user disagrees with amended Terms, they may cease using the Service and withdraw their membership.

Article 4 — Services Provided

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • AI-powered SaaS idea discovery and business plan generation
    • Automated PRD (Product Requirements Document) creation
    • Government funding application form mapping and tone conversion
    • Storage, download, and management of generated documents
  2. The Service is available 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other reasons.
  3. Non-members may browse the Service, but AI generation features require login and credit usage.

Article 5 — Membership and Account Management

  1. Users register for membership via social login using their Google, Naver, or Kakao account.
  2. Upon registration, 10 free credits are granted.
  3. Members are responsible for maintaining their account information up to date.
  4. Members may not transfer or share their account with any third party.
  5. Children under 14 years of age may not register for the Service. Minors between 14 and 19 years of age must obtain consent from their legal guardian to use paid services; payments made without such consent may be cancelled by the legal guardian.

Article 6 — Credits and Payments

  1. Credits are deducted as follows when using AI generation features:
    • Idea generation: Standard mode 1 / Premium mode 2 credits
    • Draft business plan: Standard mode 2 / Premium mode 3 credits
    • Detailed business plan: Standard mode 5 / Premium mode 8 credits
    • PRD generation: Standard mode 2 / Premium mode 3 credits
  2. Credit pack purchases are one-time top-ups; purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  3. Credits cannot be transferred between members, and refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  4. Monthly/annual subscriptions replenish a fixed number of credits each month; unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.
  5. International payments are processed via PayPal. Korean domestic payments are also supported via PortOne (card, KakaoPay, NaverPay, bank transfer).
  6. Premium mode is available to subscribers on the Basic plan or above.

Article 7 — Refund Policy

  1. Subscription refunds: Full refunds are available within 7 days of the billing date, provided the Service has not been used.
  2. Credit pack refunds: Refunds are available for unused credits (remaining credits after deducting used credits).
  3. Refund requests are submitted through customer support and may take 3–5 business days to process.
  4. Dissatisfaction with the quality of AI-generated content does not constitute grounds for a refund. However, losses caused by Service defects (e.g., credits deducted but content not generated due to system error) will be compensated with a refund or credit restoration.
  5. Right of withdrawal: Once AI generation features have been used, the right of withdrawal for the used portion is limited under applicable consumer protection law. The Company notifies users of this limitation and obtains consent prior to use.

Article 8 — Rights and Disclaimers for AI-Generated Content

  1. Usage rights to outputs generated through the Service, including business plans and PRDs, vest in the user.
  2. AI-generated content is for reference purposes only. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any generated output.
  3. Market data, financial projections, legal advice, and similar content included in generated outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
  4. The Company is not responsible for any legal or financial consequences arising from users' use of generated outputs.

Article 9 — Restrictions on Use

The Company may restrict access to the Service in the following circumstances:

  • Unauthorized use or impersonation of another person's account
  • Using the Service to conduct illegal activities
  • Unauthorized API calls or causing excessive load on the Service
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service

Article 10 — Service Changes and Termination

  1. The Company may modify or discontinue the Service due to changes in business environment, technical requirements, or other reasons.
  2. Users will be notified in advance of any service discontinuation. Paid users will receive refunds for unused credits.

Article 12 — Dispute Resolution

  1. Disputes related to the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
